I wanted to share a quick update on what the team and I have been up to this week. We just officially closed on a new rental property right here in the Fox Meadows area, and I’m really excited to get to work on this one.
Right now, she definitely needs some love. It’s got great bones, but it’s looking a little tired. The plan is to give the whole place a complete facelift—inside and out—to really bring it back to life. We’re talking fresh paint, fixing up the details, and modernizing it so it’s ready for a great tenant.
Once the rehab is wrapped up, we’ll get it posted up on the website and get that rental cash flow rolling in. Keep an eye out, because I’ll be sharing the before-and-after shots as we make progress.
